Jennifer is an absolute legend. Don't think there's anybody involved with GAA in Kildare who don't know her by now, whether it's football, camogie or hurling at any age group she'll be there.

Lovely touch from Pauric Mahony here, great to see.

After what has gone on in the boxing over the past few days it's nice to see a good news story about sport. Fair play to him and of course to her, have lost track of the amount of photos I've seen of her at matches (whether it be Kildare, Monaghan, Kilkenny or Ireland Rugby) she's a die hard GAA fan and I couldn't think of a more deserving recipient.

Watching it on Saturday night, I thought, wow, what a lovely moment - Its whats really great about the GAA.
Then I read about this, what a classy touch from Mahony. He must be still hurting after losing an All Ireland semi final and to do this just a few days later is a measure of the quality of the guy.
Fair play to both.

Well done Pauric Mahoney, class on and off the field. To be fair, the majority of our GAA players have a bot of class and respect about them. After every game now you see the players being swamped with fans looking for pictures and autographs and the players make time for them all, even after maybe a disappointing defeat. Its what makes our games great, these players appreciate their status as heroes and role models among their own fans and county people.

This is brilliant. I noticed that a lot of the Waterford lads signed autographs after the match last week. I imagine they must have felt deflated but we're still extremely dignified and gracious. They are real men. Real sports people. This is one thing they must never change. Fair play to them.
