Just thought I'd stir things up with this. It'd be great if people could cite their reasons..... avonali (Dublin) - Posts: 1974 - 27/07/2016 14:05:11 1890954 Link 0 |
1) Kerry - They've enough won. himachechy (Donegal) - Posts: 293 - 27/07/2016 14:40:57 1890973 Link 1 |
Everyone likes to see the underdog win (apart from when they are playing their own county). I don't like to see the current champions (whoever they may be) win continuously. It would be great, say, Tipperary footballers win this year. I think lots of people would support them and wish them well. It might be different then next year or the year after if they had a period of sustained dominance. People often misrepresent this as begrudgery. bennybunny (Cork) - Posts: 3917 - 27/07/2016 14:48:51 1890979 Link 0 |

Best to keep it to realistic hopes I think. We'd all like to see Tipp winning but their Championship ends this weekend.

Normally it is the team who give you the most beatings and in Donegal's case that would be Monaghan. However Monaghan are a likeable team and I always cheer them on when not playing Donegal. Green_Gold (Donegal) - Posts: 1874 - 27/07/2016 16:16:12 1891046 Link 2 |

Dublin, 3 of the last 10. 25 in total. Kerry, 4 of the last 10 years. 37 in total. Not bored of them yet though no? CroiGorm (Dublin) - Posts: 1547 - 27/07/2016 16:39:36 1891059 Link 0 |
