excellent book issued by Pat O'Shea the Kerry Manager from 2007/2008 - it's fair old mind you but still very relevant, I secured a copy after a few years of trying, the best options prob open to you are the Dublin Gaa Webpage has excellent drills explained and in PDF format if you want to print out and also visual explanations, or what I did is I rang and requested from my County board who sent me copies of what their GDA's have for drills and formats… every county board will do this as it is in the best interest of the club and players…
