A big well done to all involved and a massive congratulations to young Ciarán!

What a difference to a young boy's life those eSight glasses are! Amazing stuff.

Really shows the power of club members and the GAA in general to help people out!

GAA clubs help young boy to see

]Great little story, and all the very best to the young man and his family Young Ciaran O'Toole in the colours of Craomh ChiarainA young hurler has vastly-improved reading vision thanks to fund-raising efforts from Dublin GAA clubs. Ciarán O'Toole, who hurls for the Craomh Chiarain U9s, is the first person in Ireland and one of the first in Europe to own a pair of eSight glasses. He travelled to Toronto last week with his father, Aidan, and sister, Áine, to try out the glasses, which have improved his vision for reading from 5% to 80%. Craomh Chiarain GAA club, as well as surrounding clubs St Vincent's and O'Toole's, supported the fund-raising efforts which made Ciarán's dream come true. Thanks to Ciaran's Dad Aidan for letting us know about this heart warming story and best of luck to all the family.
