The Roc The Greatest

(Oldest Posts First) - Go To The Latest Post

Just notice it's The ROC's 6 all star nomination in 6 years that's unbelievable from a player playing in the hardest position in GAA and still only 25 years old , he's come up against all the greats no matter what size big or small fast or slow The Roc holds his own against them all and has now established himself as the greatest full back in gaa history. I don't think anyone can argue with this fact now.

Ridiculous to suggest he's the best in history. Great player but in a wonderful team with a great keeper behind him. Every county could name a full back every bit as good or better than ROC at some stage in their history - which you will find out over the next few hours. I'm even sure that a few Armagh men would put the boul Francie in there against him.

Stephen Bray wha? He's marked them all and clean nearly them all out , I'm surprised a Monaghan man is not agreeing after the two roasting's he gave to Conor McManus last year and up in Clones in the league this year plus he doesn't need 14 players in his own half helping him out.

2 things on this thread. 2 issues really.

1) He isn't the best fullback in Dublin never mind in history.

2) Even if he was, it's only football. Any aul lad can play football.

Why doesn't he tell them to push on up now and again then whenever they don't have the ball ;)

Look lads, the Dublin players are deserving all ireland winners. No question. They are all individually superb.

Can we stop with the individual posts about every one of them now? The Kerry or Donegal lads never went down this road.
