Yeah but he's been very active since it was posted, if it wasn't him that posted it surely he'd have deleted it by now, or made a comment that someone was after playing a joke on him?! CroiGorm (Dublin) - Posts: 1547 - 17/09/2015 12:13:08 1788550 Link 0 |
I have no clue at all. Tweet him and ask him. GreenandRed (Mayo) - Posts: 7337 - 17/09/2015 12:25:03 1788556 Link 0 |

Probably to do with the story of buckley leaving. TheMaster (Mayo) - Posts: 16187 - 17/09/2015 12:47:21 1788568 Link 0 |
I think talk here should be parked and all focus on the All Ireland Final this weekend. No doubt we will be in the limelight later next week for all the wrong reasons. Worrying times ahead for Mayo fans from what I am hearing. yew_tree (Mayo) - Posts: 11227 - 17/09/2015 12:48:41 1788570 Link 0 |
he should be more concerned with his poor showing in croke park sxckev (Mayo) - Posts: 211 - 17/09/2015 12:48:43 1788571 Link 0 |
IMO there are a few Mayo footballers who are a bit too fond of talking in the media, and Aidan is one of them. That said, the Mayo County Board has long been known to be a shambles, and could do with a bit of a clearout. Gleebo (Mayo) - Posts: 2208 - 17/09/2015 13:21:41 1788595 Link 0 |
A Family member was interested in a roll on a new mayo minor management. As Enda Gilvarry who won an all ireland minor with mayo in 2013 was ratified by the delegates no other names were put forward and hence his relative did not get the roll. This is what i believe lead to the attention seeking tweet. Mfs (Mayo) - Posts: 251 - 17/09/2015 13:23:55 1788598 Link 0 |
He loves the ould attention alright and he is a twitter lover.. He seems to have some issues at the moment, allegedly he took offence recently in a dublin bar to a tweet sent by another intercounty footballer .. Thats the story doing the rounds allegedly!!! Think young Aidan should get off twitter. Belclare1 (Galway) - Posts: 1626 - 17/09/2015 13:50:38 1788618 Link 0 |

I think Aidan would be better off looking back on his performaces in the semis and his scoring rate. Maybe he's questioning management's decision to put him in the inside forwards where he was outclassed by a fella a foot smaller than him, a corner back who scored 1-2 in the second game when Aidan was supposed to be tracking him.
