Paddy Keenan for me. One of the best players to come out of the Wee County. His attitude alone deserves him an all Ireland medal. A gentleman on and off the pitch. Captain of the Pats this year and looking for his 7th Senior Louth title. He captained the Pats to glory in 2007 against their big rivals Cooley in the final. Amending rule 42 was a very significant change. Sean Kelly I think was president at the time? BlastCalyle (Mayo) - Posts: 206 - 19/08/2015 17:10:01 1772711 Link 0 |

Micko, like Cody got a top team and made them even stronger. Didn't really do anything for the GAA as a whole. Loughnane gave belief to all the weaker counties. Maybe Mickey harte too flack (Dublin) - Posts: 1054 - 19/08/2015 20:31:45 1772825 Link 0 |
I think that Mickey Harte has had an unrivalled effect on how gaelic football is played, both tactically and in spirit. joncarter (Galway) - Posts: 2692 - 19/08/2015 20:42:00 1772832 Link 0 |
