Is it simply has to have played in last 15 or has to have played most his football in last 15....for example Fay is comfortably the best out and out FB on the list..but u could argue his best displays were 96 to 99. Anyway....

Moynihan is a far better footballer the Fay and very versatile bit this isn't pick the best 15, it's pick a team and Fay was the best fullback of the modern era..one of the only out and out full backs on the list even

I think the problem here is some on the list were at the end of their careers when the 15 starts. IMO Donnellan should be on every list, I agree with poster re Fay, I was going to pick him but went for Moynihan based on the time frame involved.

just looking at the teams submitted so far, there is an under representation of players from Cork and Mayo.
Both Counties have contested 3 All-Ireland finals in the 15 year period, with Cork winning one in 2010.
I'm guilty of not having a Mayo man on my 15, I'll have to change that. Possibly add Andy Moran or Aidan O'Shea.
You couldn't add a Galway or Meath player as they contenders would only have been top players for 2-3 years max in the 15 year period.
