The Sunday Game Abroad

(Oldest Posts First)

In years past the Sunday Game highlights show was available on Wednesday evenings abroad. Tried to watch the show last night and it stated that it wasn't available in my region. Is this a glitch or permanent thing.

Subscribers to GAAGO can see the Sunday Game, so perhaps that has something to do with it.

Not sure if it's a glitch or not. You should download hola onto your computer. It should only take a minute or two and allows you to choose which country you are viewing from, even if you're not actually there. You can select ireland as your location and try again.. hopefully that will work.

You can't watch the Sunday Game overseas anymore for free. Your only option is to purchase the Sunday Game through GAAGO for 10 euro.

I'm the same doubletree, unfortunately I think with this gaago thing and the subscription you have to have for that the Sunday game highlights is tied up there. I tried getting the new rte international player but that only has interviews and things on that, no actual highlights. And you have to pay a subscription to get more stuff on that. It's all a money racket.

Thats a load of **** in fairness. I've the season ticket for GAAGO again this year and was pleasantly surprised when I saw that the Sunday Game was also now included. I also have to say that its very reasonable priced. However, there's no need to take it off RTE Player, that just smacks of greed forcing people's hand to buy the package or individual shows.

Just another example of GAA fans having to pay for something that was previously free-to-air. Make of that what you will...

GAAGO is in no way whatsoever a resonable way to watch anything. I have a 75mb connection that never ever drops lower than 60(purchased when my first GAAGO streams only came in blurry at a few frames a second. I'd had a 25Mbs connection at that time. In every way they drop the ball but customer service knowledge and helpfullness as well as the blur of green and county coulors on my screen. The screenshots I've taken are so atrocious most wouldn't accept that it's true. I bought it for my father and I to watch GAA together as I'm not interested in the same national "sports" as he is. Well, not to be. It's so blurry he can't see it. Talk about wasting a few frustrating days with those xxxxxx at GAAGO.
