People have been saying this and that about the weaker counties, and how there needs to be a B championship and so on, which is all fairly patronising. There is nothing intrinsically wrong with the structure of the GAA championship, but perhaps a few minor rule tweaks wouldnt go astray, to maintain entertainment levels.
