Why aren't KERRY in the round robin hurling?

Why aren't the Kerry Hurlers in the Round Robin Hurling with Antrim, Westmeath, Carlow, and Laois? Surely it would help them having such competitive matches each week.

Kerry won the Christy Ring in 2011 but declined to be promoted. They haven't won the CR in the 3 years since, so there's been no way to have them in Liam MacCarthy.

Or are you suggesting we just hand pick Kerry to go up to the top tier without actually having them do anything to earn it?

If they win the Christy Ring this year, they'll be in that group next year (replacing the bottom placed team in this years group, who will drop down to the Christy Ring).

You seem to have misspelt the word KILDARE there.
