Is this story enough for DCC and others to finally address what is becoming a common issue?

Grew up seeing 1 of these vile rodents on the farm from time to time, like once every 3 years or so. .But they seem to be everywhere these days. 3 or 4 guys at work (in dublin) saying they can't let the kids into the back garden because of them!
