Game has an air of an exhibition about it, no tension. MuckrossHead (Donegal) - Posts: 5028 - 12/04/2015 14:30:26 1713262 Link 0 |

Good first half, with some very good kicking from both sides. GaryMc82 (Derry) - Posts: 3017 - 12/04/2015 14:52:54 1713270 Link 0 |
Refreshing to see the game played as intended after some of the tripe served up by Dublin, Tyrone, Derry _ Mcfadden and Mcbrearty s scores things of beauty ruanua (Donegal) - Posts: 4966 - 12/04/2015 14:57:33 1713273 Link 0 |
Great game of hand passing and lads running around like headless chickens , God can we not do something about this rubbish I'm sick of it. 4 forwards in one half at all times and 3 handpasses max please change the rules. clondalkindub (Dublin) - Posts: 9926 - 12/04/2015 14:59:51 1713275 Link 0 |

ClondalkinDub solution - everyone stays in their 1/15 of pitch - kick only - I think subbuteo already tried this ruanua (Donegal) - Posts: 4966 - 12/04/2015 15:13:43 1713280 Link 0 |
I hope Brendan kealy is watching ken O'hallorans performance and taking notes on what real shot stopping looks like. And how to deal with the high ball. KingdomBoy1 (Kerry) - Posts: 14092 - 12/04/2015 15:21:16 1713282 Link 0 |
Soooooo, no one is allowed to tackle any more, right? Revolutionary yes but it will take some getting used to though! brendtheredhand (Tyrone) - Posts: 10897 - 12/04/2015 15:23:48 1713283 Link 0 |
Enjoyable game with no real championship tempo some great scoring but end of the day it's only a league match that will be forgotten come June as will every league encounter. OhtobeARossie (Roscommon) - Posts: 1755 - 12/04/2015 15:28:36 1713285 Link 0 |
Enjoyable game, but I hope Donegal tighten up at the back come championship time!! MuckrossHead (Donegal) - Posts: 5028 - 12/04/2015 15:30:33 1713286 Link 0 |

Sam will be heading for either Dublin or Cork in 2015, wasn't champ pace but Cork showed how to beat the blanket defence, attendance is poor, why wasn't the game played in Salthill, Castlebar or Dr Hyde Park. If the attendance doesn't vastly improve for Dublin v Monaghan opening up Croke Park for games involving poor county attendance teams is a mistake and a double header in a Connacht or midland venue would be better, also why was a Sligo ref over a neighbouring county Donegal v Cork, should have been Eddie Kinsella or David Coldrick riverboys (Mayo) - Posts: 1389 - 12/04/2015 15:41:33 1713291 Link 0 |
Far better 2nd half, decent good tempered and a fairly even game of football. GaryMc82 (Derry) - Posts: 3017 - 12/04/2015 15:44:04 1713292 Link 0 |
We got 19 scores and lost - so much for Plan B - come champo time we will go back to making opposition score less than us rather than us scoring more than them ! ruanua (Donegal) - Posts: 4966 - 12/04/2015 15:45:47 1713293 Link 0 |

Great game to watch, I think neither team showed all today, it was more about getting a run going. Nice scores from play. I think Cork handpassed the ball twice as much as we did today, but there will be little said about this later tonight no doubt. Donegalman (None) - Posts: 3830 - 12/04/2015 16:01:33 1713298 Link 0 |
