Hollywood actress Sarah Jessica Parker is backing Donegal to lift the Sam Maguire.
In a message to the Irish Daily Star, The Sex and the City star revealed how she and her son James will be supporting Jim McGuinness' men from New York against Kerry on Sunday. And Sarah Jessica - who owns a holiday home in Kilcar with her actor husband Matthew Broderick - is even calling on local star Paddy McBrearty to make sure the silverware is claimed.
"My body is in NYC but my heart is in Donegal," she wrote.
"Let's take the All Ireland and Paddy, bring it home to Kilcar. From Sarah Jessica and her son James."
On a visit to Kilcar in June, the couple's son James was spotted wearing a Donegal jersey in Dunkineely which it later transpired had been purchased from All Sports in Donegal town.
Not many people know this, but Sarah Jessica was a fine corner back in her day & was very good under a high ball. She was also well versed in the "dark arts" & Neil McGee often credits her as being his inspiration.
