Yeah met him at league matches in Cork a couple of times funnily enough. Always with a word and smile on his face. Hope he is back on the Hill soon. Joxer (Dublin) - Posts: 4700 - 25/07/2014 15:52:33 1625892 Link 0 |

Best wishes to the man, personally I'm vehemently opposed to anything religious but all the best to the man anyway. Htaem (Meath) - Posts: 8657 - 26/07/2014 14:44:27 1626133 Link 0 |

Was just thinking I hadn't seen him for a while. He had become a permanent feature of televised games. hurlingdub (Dublin) - Posts: 6978 - 26/07/2014 16:55:28 1626175 Link 0 |
Best wishes to him. Always keep an eye out for that sign when im watching games on TV. It takes guts to spread the word in an increasingly intolerant world. joncarter (Galway) - Posts: 2692 - 26/07/2014 18:51:20 1626223 Link 0 |
Best of luck to him, didn't realise he was a Tipp man, thought he was from Limerick. Ironically, I intervened once near P.ui C. when drunken young Tipp fans were giving him a hard time. In fairness to them, they ended up shaking his hand and apologised to me. jerryp (Cork) - Posts: 104 - 26/07/2014 19:46:16 1626244 Link 0 |
