If Monaghan (v Kildare) and Armagh (v Meath) get through Round 4B, along with Donegal on the B side, there could be a decent possibility of an Ulster finalist. There will however be the small matter of getting past the Dubs. legendzxix (Kerry) - Posts: 7824 - 20/07/2014 21:33:02 1622417 Link 0 |
Yeah most probably blanket defence will get 2 trys at the dubs be interesting on a dirty wet windy day but on a dry day you would imagine dubs have enough players who can score from 40 plus yards and when they go 3 or 4 up you have to habe a go OhtobeARossie (Roscommon) - Posts: 1764 - 20/07/2014 21:52:12 1622451 Link 0 |
Going to be a battle between champagne football and the blanket defence. legendzxix (Kerry) - Posts: 7824 - 21/07/2014 21:11:05 1623502 Link 0 |

Great to be there again, I have got to say it is a brilliant time to be a donegal gaa supporter. the rest of ulster will probably take a lot from this good run of ours, but the hard part is to actually put it into practice. That takes unbelievable commitment. I think that most teams have it, but they dont have the know how. Donegalman (None) - Posts: 3830 - 02/09/2014 18:48:21 1647110 Link 0 |

Well lads, I did enjoy the Ulster final. I have also been balanced and fair I think. I started a thread on the Ulster sides that got knocked out in the qualifiers. Some thought I was intent on knocking Ulster. Not at all. As seen above, I did say there was a good possibility of an Ulster finalist. legendzxix (Kerry) - Posts: 7824 - 02/09/2014 20:55:57 1647189 Link 0 |
