How do people see this going? Will the Venue be Breffni or Croker?

Monaghan have to be odds on favourites for this one.

Hopefully kildare win. Leinster needs a double win.

Monghan v Kildare played in Croker as part of double header with Louth and the Dubs in 2010. So it could be another double header with Meath v Armagh in Croke park.

Double header in Croker? 50/50 game!

Will be interesting to see how Monaghan react to the defeat today, fancy Kildare to nick it as they have been down this road so many times.

222, you need to take a look at the tape of our match v Clare last night ? Might have a different opinion....we were a shambles

If in Croker I would fancy Kildare, but they have been a bit hot/cold so far. Still think the talent is there

I think Monaghan will bounce back and that Armagh will join them in getting through round 4B.

I fancy Monaghan to win this to be honest

If the game was next Saturday then Kildare would win. Saturday week, then think we stand a good chance as this defeat will be out of our system. We were well beaten today but our competitiveness kept us in the game right till the end. Think the players will want to progress further and in fairness the chance of a glamour tie against the dubs will be sufficient motivation to get going again.

Kildare haven't a hope

I wouldn't say we haven't a hope if its one thing Kildare have in abundance it's hope. We have to believe that if we turn up and our players perform as they can we could win this.

Very inconsistent this year. Think we completely underestimated Clare and nearly paid the price. One very heartening aspect is the way we've battled to the end in all our games this year. Monaghan a tough assignment alright but we've had good games against them in the past. Can't see a whole lot in it at the end but we can't afford to be more than a couple of points behind with 10 to go. Some reward awaiting the winners !!

Monaghan would have to be favourites for this, They are a few years ahead of us in terms of development, Our 1st half display against Clare was poor. We have been inconsistent, If we play like we did against Louth & Down we have a real good chance, If we play like we did for the first 40 minutes against Meath & Clare we don't. I think the two week break will be good for both teams, It is a season defining game for us, If we can beat last years Ulster champions and get to the last 8 then we have made some progress this year, If not it will probably be seen as a disappointing year.

The fortnight break should enable Monaghan to get over the disappointment and concentrate on getting to the Quarter-finals. Kildare look quite wasteful at times and this will play into the hands of Monaghan's defensive system.

Similar fixtures last year was Meath vs Tyrone and Cork vs Galway, played as a double header in Croker, so would expect the same for these games. Monaghan are probably fav at this stage. Didn't sound good for a long time for Kildare against Clare but they got through in the end. Big job for MOD to get Meath ready for a resurgent Armagh after the debacle yesterday. Armagh beat Meath in Navan in the league and after yesterday they will be fav to advance, suits us just fine that way.
