very interesting game. I have seen both this year againstus. We were diabolical in both.
but Roscommon beat us much more easily. However Armagh have had a few tough games since.
Now willthis stand to them or will it have worn them out. I personnaly think it will have worn them out. (2 tough games v monaghan and 1 against Tyrone, That can take its toll on you. I think Roscommon may be slightly fresher and they are a good young team with lots of strength and height. Armagh have more experience in key areas. and Jamie Clarke willalways take a hell of a lot of watching. However if players like the Dalys, keenan, cregg, cathal Shine, Murtagh and the smiths play to their potential I think Roscommon will nick it.

Very tough game here for both sides but you'd have to fancy Armagh to win this, carrying a few classier players IMO.

Roscommon have a good mix of established players and youngsters, the quality of the young lads like murtagh and smith might just give the Rossies the edge by a point or two

Roscommon, with a bit of momentum and home advantage, will provide Armagh with a much tougher test than a very poor Tyrone side. I'm not yet convinced just how much Armagh have really improved, but a win here, especially considering it's their 4th week in a row, would really confirm that they are going in the right direction. Still, it's a big ask to lift themselves again after the high of last Sunday, and a Rossie's win - perhaps more easily than you'd expect - looks most likely.

Armagh are a difficult side to play against and were well worth the win against Tyrone last week. A lot of credit has to go to McGeeney and I think his will to win has got through to the team and they may be dangerous opponents in the back door. Roscommon may not come up against this type of football often and I take Armagh to win by 2 points.

If Armagh are as wasteful as they were against Tyrone then Roscommon will win this. However I am feeling cautiously optimistic, a win here will mark our most successful championship since 2008.

Am my right in saying that Shine is out for the rest of the season?

Im worried about this, Tyrone were poor, Cavan were poor, Roscommon by 2.
But the orchard army will travel in big numbers, on the road early tomorrow!!

Pretty confident none of them will be fit. Caolan Rafferty is definitely out.

More worried at this stage about Kevin Dyas who came off at half time against Tyrone. Does anybody know if he is fit to play?

Hopefully Armagh will bring their shooting boots with them this weekend, if they do then I think the previous battles will stand to them in a tight game against the Rossies

Tough one to call this.

Still not sure how close Armagh really are - did well to draw with Monaghan but beaten comfortably in the end in the replay. Good win against Tyrone but Tyrone had a lot of miles on the clock already at that stage of the summer - Armagh will be hitting a similar problem with this being their 4th week running - big ask for amateur sportsmen or any sportsmen for that matter.

Roscommon look to have come on nicely though again hard to really judge just yet as the only team of note they have played is Mayo and Mayo might well have been getting the game out of the way.

I am not going to attempt to predict the outcome as it would simply be a guess as I believe it will depend on the freshness of Armagh - if they are fresh for it I do believe they will win.

Will be a very tight match. Roscommon are favourites with the bookies but I'm gonna go for Armagh to win this one, only thing I think will go against them is this is their 4th week in a row out, can't be easy

K McGeeney has had plenty of experience with Kildare playing four weeks in a row so I don't think Armagh will be unduly affected by that fact.
