Its looking like we ve lost a greatly talented young hurler here in carlow last night due to this craze on facebook of neck nominations. He was a county minor and part of this years u21 panel. The chap who i had the pleasure of working with was a great young man but decided to do one of these after being nominated. Unfortunately he got into difficulties in strong currents in a river. Perhaps people on here might spread the word on the dangers of this whole thing and avert further loss of life.
