Antrim or Wicklow to win division 4?

(Oldest Posts First)

It looks like a very competitive field, u couldn't rule any of them out, but if you were to pick a winner, who would it be?

Antrim should make the jump this year.

With Kevin Niblock leading the lines, I would expect them to comfortably steam through Division 4.

The two teams that I would fear most before a ball is kicked in the league would be Leitrim and London, of the two I fancy Leitrim to get promoted, touch and go then between London and Waterford, irrespective of what the bookies say.

If they can get their strongest team out (not easy with hurling going on) Tipp will win Div 4.

Waterford's year. Always underrated and written off, the Examiner has them to finish 7th, but they will reach promotion this year. The manager finally has the panel of players he wants and they have been hopping in training and challenge matches. An extremely hungry side this year. Paddy Power has them at 9/1 to win it - get on it.

I can't see Tipp not winning it. Look too strong for all the rest in my view. Hopefully they'll get off to a bad start tomorrow though! Won't be much between all the rest and can see a team getting promoted even if they drop 5 or 6 points. If I had to pick one I'd say Antrim.
