A lot will depend on Paul Barden's fitness. He only played 35 mins of the entire league & we looked toothless without him & Brian Kavanagh. Having said that, Wicklow didn't exactly set the world on fire during the league either.

Nah realdub would actually prefer longford as a easier passage to next round (no offense) but always had soft spot for wicklow and would dearly love them to win a provincial title

I know Longford got no points in Div 2 but they were mostly very competitive and I think that will stand to them. Longford by 6 or 7.

All logic points to a Longford win, but Aughrim can be a great leveller, still I take Longford by 4 or 5

If longford win is the Meath game in Pearse park? If so they could really cause Meath problems

Brian Kavanagh is a massive loss to Longford. Still expect a win.

I see it the other way RD, I'd be surprised if Longford don't win that!

Realdub. I think meath will account for either with not much bother to be honest.
Meath are a championship team, always have been always will. The training camp down south will focus the minds. Neither long /wick will be taken for granted.
The talk from the camp is very positive. Professional approach then onto next game

wicklow at home. Who is the poor ref? Stupid statement Beal... Care to elaborate. Slightly influenced sensational Battle of Aughrim headlines 20 years ago in The Star newspaper. Good lad.
