Who else thinks that Buff should be given access to the media broadband in Croke Park to post his snaps. If you do there's an online petition to get him this password

This reminds me of the petition some years ago concerning Coronation Street when there was a real life campaign to get "Justice for Deirdre" to get her "released" from prison or wherever it is the scriptwriters had sent her. Even the Prime Minister got involved!

Could not pass on this one. Started following Buff on Snapchat recently and I must say the coverage he is giving hurling is incredible. Last Wednesday he was in Ennis at the Clare Limerick Minor game, Thursday he was in Thurles at the Cork Tipp Minor game, Saturday he was in both Tullamore and Nowlan park for the qualifiers and Sunday he was in Croke Park for the Leinster Minor and Senior final. Last night he was back in Cork for the Cork Tipp Minor replay. He provides great, Live coverage for all these games and he does it at his own expense. He is from Kilgarvan down in South Kerry and for him to be making these trips is a huge commitment for the game. He gives great exposures to players / counties that do no get it in the mainstream media and he is starting to build a huge following, mainly of kids, up to college students, who the GAA do not connect on similar levels with.

His issue last Sunday was that he could not provide live feeds from Croke Park on his snap chat due to the crowds in the stadium. Apparently the media in croke park have access to a different Wifi outlet and that is what he is looking for access to.

There's a Dublin Twitter page dubmatchtracker it's called it is just one person with an iPhone and he gives live updates for all Dublin gaa games, I wasn't in croker on Sunday and was able to follow the minor match perfectly from his iPhone reporting.

Is he not from Clare??

Either way, he absolutely deserves the opportunity to provide the same coverage in Croker as everywhere else. . .and that's not an insult, THAT is just a fact of life!

Yes, Buff was able to give coverage of the minor game ok, but when the crowd came in for the Senior game he lost Signal. I was there last September I think I wasn't able to pick up any 3g/4g signal either. I use that Dublin page for some County Championship games and its top notch.

When you are in Croke Park and its near full, you can not use 4g because you will not pick up the signal.
I might be wronging him saying he is from Kilgarvan but that is where he is residing now.
He will be in Kilkenny this afternoon for the Leinster U21 final. You can get him on snap chat at Hurling Banter Page

I had to look up to see who Alan Milton was and to my shock I found that the GAA have a Director of Communications.

What does he communicate with as the GAA is pretty bad at communications especially down the grades.

Give Buff the Wifi.

He is very popular among younger people who follow GAA in Limerick, especially the ages of 16-21. His updates are witty and descriptive and people like what he does.

Thumbs up from me. The bloke is putting a lot of time & effort into promotion of the game. I don't use snap chat but I don't think you will find anyone offering that type of service on social media.
