Totally agree - Mickey is going to be the difference between the 2 teams and while he has to be commended for what he did in noughties he has to accept what's happening now. But he can put it right this year if he allows his players play with the obvious flair and skill they have in abundance.

Mickey Harte has done great things for Tyrone football in the past and you would wonder who will be able to step in when he does move on but is he still caught in the same style and structure that worked so effectively with the players he had at his disposal 10 years ago and cannot alter that to suit this current crop ? Now perhaps that group were just better and he is still trying to recapture what was a golden period for Tyrone with a lesser side. catch22 (USA) - Posts: 2148 - 18/06/2017 12:10:23 2001056 Link 0 |

Great first half performance from Tyrone. Hard to see how Donegal can come back from 7 points down. MesAmis (Dublin) - Posts: 13693 - 18/06/2017 14:42:13 2001121 Link 0 |
So far so good for Tyrone - it looks like mickey has asked his players to play the way they can do.

Very poor from Donegal, being completely dominated by Tyrone at the moment. Difficult to see what Rory Gallagher can do to change the course of the game. Not impressed with the ref. neverright (Roscommon) - Posts: 1648 - 18/06/2017 14:45:39 2001128 Link 0 |

If Mark Bradley got a black card for what he did in the build up to his point, why does the score stand? Killarney.87 (Tipperary) - Posts: 2513 - 18/06/2017 15:09:44 2001136 Link 0 |
Biff....Bang.....Whallop! Donegal look shellshocked. Tyrone seriously impressive, at last realising that you have to attack and take teams on to win games and titles. Ulsterman (Antrim) - Posts: 9688 - 18/06/2017 15:17:14 2001138 Link 0 |
Umpires can call cards. Can't call fouls.

You and me both. Two games this weekend that I thought would be tight, and both were effectively walk overs. royaldunne (Meath) - Posts: 19449 - 18/06/2017 15:34:42 2001155 Link 0 |

I did say many weeks ago that Donegal reminded me of Roscommon 2016 when mirroring their early league form while igniting a bit of hype.. jimbodub (Dublin) - Posts: 20589 - 18/06/2017 15:44:21 2001166 Link 0 |
