Doubt neutrals will have much interest in the Football final. Just a matter of Dublin by what margin.
No disrespect to Tyrone, but themselves and Monaghan are the head of the chasing pack and a long way off Dublin, which says a lot for the rest of us !.
For the first time , I won't watch the game. I'll hear the result on the news later in the evening.

Hurling should be a great game on Sunday.

Along with the hurling final it's the biggest sporting occassion on the calendar. It will have the best atmosphere of any event this year in the country and will feature probably the greatest team to ever play the game against a team managed by one of the greatest managers that has ever led a team. You're either into sport or you're not. If you are then you wouldn't miss this game.

People who've zero interest in Gaelic football watch the all Ireland final every year without fail, yet you a man that's joined a Gaa forum won't be watching? I don't believe you I call bs. Obviously you're pissed off with Dublin winning but you'll be watching alright.

That has made our neighbours a laughingstock. I'd pick another hashtag to pin your hopes upon.

The only thing that means a Tyrone win is complacency by Dublin. They have been known for it in the past so you just never know.

I don't watch football hardly at all anymore. It's hard to get excited when it's about as competitive as the hurling was when kilkenny dominated. I rarely watched hurling back then either.

What has watchng matches like Tyrone v Monaghan, Kldare v Mayo, Kerry v Galway got to do with Dubln's dominance? I watch a lot of soccer. I don't stop watching MOTD because Man City will win the league for the next 4 years. That makes no sense.

Since teams started outright buying the league I stopped watching soccer. Leicester City was a nice break but that mini revolution didn't last long. Ever since Sam maguire effectively started being bought via financial advantages amongst other advantages I've lost interest. The leinster championship even more so. And that was once thrilling.

After the hurling boom in the nineties it was so hard to get excited and watch games when everyone knew kilkenny would win. Now it's so exciting knowing that about 9 counties could realistically win it. The gaa could make the same mistake twice and invest millions more annually into Dublin hurling but instead they could be smart and invest millions into a county like antrim and a city like Belfast. Create a new contender rather then make 1 County dominant.

Also invest millions into the next tier of counties like kildare, kerry, meath, wocklow, laois, ofally, mayo and carlow. That would actually be smart and good for our games.

He'll be watching everyone on here will be, they think telling us that they hate Dublin's dominance will upset us or something when we don't care this team is on a mission to be the greatest of all time so suck it up for a few more years we're going nowhere.

for someone who has no interest in the game anymore since dublin are dominant with all their advantages, you don't half spend a lot of time on here whinging about it. If you weren't interested you wouldnt spend your time chatting (s&!te) on a GAA forum about the all ireland final.

Dublin should win this by about 10 points. And I'd say the same if Mon were in it. They target the final like an athlete targets an important race. With respect, Tyrone are no Mayo at their height. Five in a row, six, seven, there's no limit. And good luck to them

Dubs by +5. Better 1st 15, better bench, better manager. No matter what BS is written in advance about MH master plan etc.. Dubs too strong and with too many options for this evolving Tyrone team. But I guess the papers and media in general need to hype up Tyrone's chances to sell.

Hard to look beyond Dublin, even though the neutral venue should at least give Tyrone a chance.....

Monaghan blew it against Tyrone

Terrible first 15 minutes

Time after time running into Tyrone swarm tackles and getting turned over.. again and again, slow, predictable... I couldn't believe their naivety

The start won it for Tyrone.. Monaghan couldn't have given Tyrone a bigger gift!

You won't be watching Dublin running into swarm tackles...... you want be watching Dublin gift Tyrone turn overs

I've been following football for a long time now and I never remember a final where the outcome has been such a foregone conclusion. Yes, in all probability Dublin are going to win but you just never know in sport. A couple of freak, early goals for Tyrone, an injury or sending off for Dublin, the Hill falls silent, things start getting edgy. Extremely unlikely I know but it isn't won yet. When's the last time that things went seriously pear shaped for Dublin in a knockout championship game? They're overdue a bad day at the office. That said, Dublin are a brilliant, brilliant team and hats off if they equal Wexford's one 4-in-a-row.

Look it, she's set up nicely for Tyrone to come in and give it a right good lash.
Probably Dublin win still but Mickey Harte won't have to worry too much about motivating of the Tyrone boys.

You know something maybe they should just cancel the final this year and give the cup to Dublin now. Tyrone are in final fair and square - they had to beat what's in front of them so they're the best of the rest. This doesn't seem to be good enough for some people - would the Dubs and others prefer an easier game to give them the 4 in a row? Seriously in a one off game anything is possible - Tyrone as much as people don't like them will not just show up in final and get heavily beaten. Any semi is a game most footballers hate - it's just needs to be won to get into final - no matter how badly you play. The final Tyrone will plan and scheme and do whatever to try and win this game. I just wonder if Tyrone do win will they get the respect they deserve or will people just wheel out all the usual nonsense - Tyrone cynical, dirty, divers blah blah blah!!! Last team going for a string of visctories was Kerry in 2008 and who stopped that?
