Is that a typo tipp11? 17,000. Surely you mean 1,700.

It was a double header with the Tipp/KK hurlers. I'd say there was less than 1700 at the football beforehand

It was played as a double header with Tipp v Kilkenny in the hurling. I'd heard the official attendance was 14,000, but I could well believe 17,000+

Yeah official attendance in omagh was over 5000, and that doesn't include u16s.

Attendance at Cavan v Donegal last week was 6500, again not including u16s.

Looked like a big crowd at Monaghan Donegal. How'd the Dubs fare this weekend hill16no1man? Many at Croker or Parnell?

Have to say I was impressed with the number of kilkenny fans who travelled to the Dublin game.

League attendances overall this year have been decent.

7,892 In Pairc Ui Rinn for Cork Limerick / Cork Down
12,082 in Galway for the double header

Some crowds when you consider these games don't get much of a media plug especially with Munster and Leinster doing well in the rugby. Still nearly 70k between the 6 games mentioned here and I'm guessing there were decent crowds elsewhere too.

Interesting i heard that they don't county u16's in Salthill as they get in free. There must have been another 5 to 6k as i saw loads of young kids at the double header. League definitely more interesting than the championship in football anyhow.

Roughly 5,000 at the Armagh v Tipp match , with Tipp having a good 85-90 supporters

Carlow v Antrim in Div 2 final 700

7,473 Monaghan v Fermanagh

Interesting how the football attendances are pretty much on a par with the league crowds those counties get. Go back 20 years and there would be a few thousand more there for championship but the league crowd would be very small.
