I think that is their own business, one of a few well run clubs in Louth. Facilities and pitch are outstanding, working hard underage.

You're dead right great to see a club having a go and putting all these things in place for the community a good few clubs could put a better effort in.

Sour grapes, the Kevs have a big parish and are using it to the best of their abilities. New pitch, walking track, new clubhouse all done over the last few years.Smiley will improve them and fair play to them.

From what I hear from past committee members they are begging around houses for money that was thrown at previous managers and the like I wish them all the best cause the kids will be paying for there mistakes for years to come I wasn't talking about there pitch and clubrooms which is in fantastic order

you said it in one bennypoor "Past committee members" probably sour grapes and jealous people among them,. it happens in all our clubs that is why they are Past Committee members. I could be wrong but I believe the players raise the money for a team manager. Lets be straight out here, all clubs pay there managers but the difference in philipstown and a number of other clubs they put their money into there facilities also.
