Nonsense. I'll take my advice from the WHO, HSE and CMO and not from the gobsheens and half wits on here, and elsewhere in the media, quoting attention seekers who, just as you accuse me of, are looking for something a bit more sensational than based in science.

You're obviously at nothing and would be better educating yourself than spouting off here and making no sense.

Narcos, The Americans, and Mad Men are all great I haven't seen the others. I'm still binge watching Season 3 of Ozark. Too brilliant so far.

Netflix is great and all but it's also hard to beat a good book. I've read a few of Yuval Noah Harari's books recently and they are a very insightful look at us humans as a species. How we came about, what we are now and what we will likely be in the future. He has been on TV a fair bit recently with everything going on and always has an interesting take on things.

I'm surprised no one has yet mentioned The Sopranos, widely regarded as one of the greatest television series of all time.

I agree. "On the Farm" is a book I just read about Vancouver's missing women. Women kept coming up missing for years and for one reason or another it kept happening. Laziness, inept police, local politics, etc all made for a sad pathetic scene. The book will disgust, sicken, and anger you.

You're right The Sopranos and Oz and Better Call Saul deserve mention. It's hard to remember them all.

I think it's because nearly everyone has seen it at this stage? Definitely an all time great though

The Wire is also brilliant if anybody hasn't seen that

Sounds intriguing, must check that out.

I read a great one last Christmas called The Accidental Spy. All about an American truck driver/chancer who ends up in the Real IRA Army Council. Fascinating stuff. He was a bit of a cowboy and a bluffer and ends up an informant for the FBI and MI5.

One thing you'll notice about The Wire is that many of the actors on it also appeared in The Walking Dead in various seasons.

Better Call Saul just keeps getting better. Seems like a different pace and tone to Breaking Bad but just as compelling IMO.

Austria have announced a staggered re-opening - small shops opening April 14th with public events allowed after mid July. Will we see something similar with the championships being played from August onwards? Seems early days to make that call but hopefully there's light ahead.

I read that book as well. Knew most of the people. He was about 6'7". He was heavy and wore shorts during the winter. I got some shock when this because public.what a surprise is was. Now you know where I am from. Let's say there is a tourist resort in another province not far from me Anyway this is a GAA forum. Derry got a surprise from us in the league. We have a cruel draw in Connacht need to take on paper Galway Mayo and Roscommon out. The last time we had this draw. We done OK!!
No back door then. We played the dubs in all Ireland semi. Hopes spring eternal. Back door has to go this year. I note a bookie is offering no Gaa championship at a very tight 2/1.crazy price, however you never know

It's like a great book that takes a while to get into. I hope that Chilean guy that plays "Gus" wins some kind of Emmy Award or whatever because he's brilliant. The whole cast is good.

Most of the worlds Stock Markets are up big today and though this is not GAA related it is a good sign as in they must have seen something positive. Let's hope...
