A lot here tipping Monaghan to get a result.

That's usually when we don't :(

I am happy to back to all predicting our demise.

Mayo tend to fare ok against Ulster sides v tough game for us against a side we rarely beat.

4 close games in store. I see the Meath boys are in a state of shock on their forum after the SF gains, they used to be for not mixing sport and politics lol, hope they give Kerry a good scrutiny

Dubs v Donegal.....................Dubs
Galway v Tyrone....................Tyrone
Monaghan v Mayo.................Monaghan
Kerry v Meath.........................Kerry

In keeping with earlier games all to be tight affairs with the margins a couple of pts at most except for the Kerry game which should be handy enough for them

The game vs Kerry in Tralee is probably the best example from last year's league. Also the wins vs Galway and Donegal in championship.

I wouldn't be confident this weekend however. Looking at our named team Horan seems to be prioritising blooding young players over the result.

I can't remember what was said before the Galway game but most media outlets were predicting Mayo to beat Donegal last summer.

Need a huge performance in Kerry. Totally blew our chance against mayo. Hopefully a good performance might sneak us over the line this time around.

You would want to double check that....the pundits were going for donegal...although many posters on various forums I saw had a feeling Mayo would pull it off.

Meath May get a performance but not the result. That's the best to hope.

Come on now. Back to writing us off. Suits us better. Always a scrappy affair between Mayo & Monaghan., so a toss of a coin. An important stage in the league so both teams will throw everything at it.
And in the other games this weekend - Tyrone & Kerry to win. Dublin Donegal a draw.

Yous haven't a hope below in Kerry RD.

Your home games, plus Monaghan away (despite their good form) are your only chance of points.

Imo yous needed something from Donegal/Mayo in Navan to have any chance of staying up. I think the boat might have sailed already.

If yous stay up from here, it'll be amazing and I'll be first to admit it.

Hard see Meath get a result down in Kerry but you never know. Meath are going down and are best off using the rest of the league trying out new player and county boards should be sounding out potential new managers for next year. Current management team are not up to standard sadly. Would Mick O'Dowd come back?
