To the best of my knowledge the club divisions for the revised leagues in 2020 will be

Division 1

Mohill
St Mary's Kiltoghert
Ballinamore Sean O'Heslins
Melvin Gaels
Glencar Manorhamilton
Leitrim Gaels
Aughawillan
Annaduff

Division 2

Aughnasheelin
Fenagh St. Caillins
Allen Gaels
Gortlettragh
Ballinagleragh
Drumreilly
St. Patrick's Dromahair
Carrigallen

Division 3

Drumkeeran
Cloone
Eslin
Bornacoola
Aughavas
Kiltubrid
Glenfarne-Kiltyclogher

All first teams from each club competing against each other, with a 2 up and 2 down promotion relegation system.

All clubs second and third teams compete in a separate league and separated in to groups called reserve 1, 2 and 3

So teams will have 7 league games next season and 6 league games in Div 3. The leagues will be over by June including the final I assume. Very competitive leagues with big teams going to be scrapping to avoid relegation from div 1 and 2

Division 1-3

Two competitions to be played annually as follows:

Premier Competition

which would involve 7 games in Divisions 1 and 2 and 6 games in Division 3. Promotion and relegation to be decided in this competition and all club's players to be available for these rounds. Regular League titles to be awarded for these competitions with top 2 teams in each division contesting the respective finals.

Secondary Competition

which would involve 7 games in Divisions 1 and 2 and 6 games in Division 3. These games to be played as reverse fixtures to the main competition with separate trophies, possibly to be named after significant former greats who have passed on, with top two teams contesting league finals. These games to be played while inter county season is in flow.

I think that the league should be a double round, seven of the games to be played without the county players, making the league more competitive instead of a meaningless secondary competition.

Maybe use the Monaghan model of 3 points for a victory for the games involved with county players and 2 points for a win for rounds without county players and play double rounds
