Marshalstown-Castledockrell is already long enough without you adding an extra 'e' in there.... ;)

It's the longest name in Wexford anyway, if you disregard the "Enniscorthy Hurling and Football Club" official title that nobody uses anyway.

Rathgarogue-Cushinstown, and Davidstown-Courtnacuddy, would be next.

Side note on that Enniscorthy one…when Declan Ruth applied for a transfer out of the Shamrocks back around the late 90s, it was refused at first because his transfer form said the club he wanted to join was Rapparees. He had to go back and submit a new form that said "Enniscorthy Hurling and Football Club". It went through then all right.

You must be counting differently to me then, because I make it 28.

Even if you count the spaces as well as the apostrophe and the hyphen, it's 30. Still not 33.....

Ballyskenach/Killavilla is an amalgamation of two hurling clubs in Offaly's Deep South, along the Tipperary border, and touching Laois in Killavilla's location.

Many years ago there was a suggestion in Meath to change the name of Ballinabracky club to Ballinabracky/castlejordan gaelic athletic association. Thankfully it didn't take off. Is moy not the shortest??

Loads of 3 letters Emo, Spa, Moy, longest, amalgamations excluded Castletown Geoghegan would be hard to beat.

In Louth Dundalk Young Irelands would have the longest name and the shortest would be Pearse Og and Westerns.

If they struggle for numbers, the next parish over is called Llangristiolus Rhostrehwfa, so the two clubs could join up together."
My party trick is that I can pronounce that place in Wales perfectly. Have spent a good bit of time there.

There is a soccer club in this welsh town.

Looks like the welsh for Football Club is Clwb Pêl. Or maybe those Irish lads have gone and founded a GAA club.
