And that's why you're not a manager jim.

Dermot has played a 70 minute challenge match and managed to get black carded, I can gaurentee you Dermot won't start.

In Fairness a ref who works in a county should not be appointed to their games. Would make as much sense to appoint a ref from a county as one who earns his livelihood there.

anyway Dublin are top class footballers with a high level of skill so it would not be in their interest to have a referee who 'lets the game flow' which is another way of saying a ref who ignores the rules

Pace yourself Jimbo, its a long 3 weeks ahead, at the rate you were firing out the snide marks last night you'll never last the pace unless you slow down.
Donnie Buckley might be the man to ring to advise you on building up momentum slowly towards the big day ;D

Ohh about your young team is it?

That's only poking a bit of fun at the yerra

No harm intended at all

Don't be so sensitive.. or it'll definitely be a long 3 weeks

Again though, genuinely only having a laugh

Although Kingdomboy is right

My daft call of starting Dermo has damaged my managerial credibility

Shades of Galleon and that 'auld' song. Oh them were the days. Or even 'the drive for five' in 2010.

And what odds were they in '92, especially after that diabolically poor semi final

A friend in Tralee has a pint glass declaring 'Dublin All Ireland Champions 1992'. I keep telling him to put it up on E-bay as someone from Donegal would surely part with a pretty penny for it. But he keeps saying no, its too treasured a possession!

When you are as susesful as Kerry you will understand

History and I assume charity shops are littered with tshirts of victories that never happened.

Bit like preplanned trophy parades. Think it was Arsenal got ridiculed a while back for announcing the route in advance for a champions league trophy they never got their hands on.
