Not getting ahead 0f myself or anything, but could you imagine the scramble for tickets to a wexford limerick final.

Best sets of fans in the game"
Excuse my interruption of this Wexford/Limerick love-in. In my humble opinion, the winners of next weekend's provincial finals will be Kilkenny and Tipperary.

What if the Leinster hurling final is a draw, where will the replay be ? As the following weekend Westlife play in Croker. After last years replay between kilkenny and galway was played in thurles because Buble was in croker the following weekend.
A Leinster final at a munster venue, what a joke. Yet when walsh park was deemed unsuitable for waterford home games last year, they nominated nowlan park, but the gaa refused, saying that a munster championship match couldent be played at a leinster venue.

Ah it's advantage kilkenny slightly on Croker experience but I believe we are slightly ahead of them in pure hurling at present. Our defence held firm last week and Murphy Morris and roc never got going. All going well we definitely have it in us and I think the time is right for this team.

I also disagree on munster to be honest. I'd say limerick are ahead of everyone.

kathy do you not get bored of writing the same rubbish each time you come on here....would you not try taking up another hobby to keep you occupied until the walsh cup starts next january......by the way do you think kieran donaghy will be kept for next year as he had such an impact this year.

It was the Munster council not HQ that didnt allow Nolan Park. Leinster council were in charge of the Thurles decision

Wexford vs Kilkenny replay in Thurles would draw a big crowd and I doubt the players would complain.

You're like a sad broken record. Even on a thread about the Leinster final you have to have your 'look at me.. I don't like limerick' moment..

So, are you actually able to be objective?
why Tipp 100%?
What's your rationale? or do you have one, is there something you can offer other than how needy you are about sharing your weird dislike of Limerick at every available moment...

That's for sure ballydalane..terrible one side football final, as for the hurling Final...really looking forward to this two very evenly matched teams who will give it everything. Could be one of the best Leinster Finals in awhile.

Leinster is a hurling province now. But the GAA would be wise to learn from their mistakes. They need to start redirecting some of dublin's hurling funds towards the other leinster counties. Given their population, the funding and the number of kids playing hurling now they'll dominate leinster hurling eventually too. So enjoy the leinster championship while we still can.

Interestingly she was much the same in her need to share 'I don't rate limerick' craic long before the AI last year.

in fairness that could be justified in the sense that we had no success for a few years other than beating Galway in their back yard in the 1b decider...

But I'm genuinely curious as to why?
shes completely irrational and not able to justify at all her take on Limerick hurling. Maybe just doesn't know anything about the game?
I suppose its irrelevant.. Weird but irrelevant.

Anyway, more importantly I think Wexford, if they control the emotional side of their game, bring the passion but with more composure could have a huge game against Kilkenny. I think they'll win a cracking Leinster final.
Pity I won't be able to see it.
Mind will be on other things at 2pm next Sunday.

Yes and even in pockets of Meath they love the game of hurling and it would be great to see it developed more. By the way Congratulations to Meath.... that was a great win against Down in the hurling.

Yea. Three of us men all with Wexford spouses. We go to most Wexford games and have with years and the two best games of the year are held one on top of the other 120 miles apart. Allowing for that can anyone just imagine the number of Tipp/Kilkenny households that will be put out on Sunday.

It was obvious from Katsy's early posts last year that this is in fact a Clare poster with identity issues. I don't believe that there is any Galway supporter with that level of bitterness.

yes i was thinking that as she used spend more time on the limerick page than the galway one......it's sad really but takes all kinds to make the world go round.

Wexford v Kilkenny in Cork if it's a draw. That's the word on the street. Thurles is too near to Kilkenny and its seen as an unfair advantage.
Regarding the Munster final. The big factor is Limerick being at home. In a match of that magnitude the support will be a factor. If Tipperary get a good start then they ll be hard to reel in. They can keep sniping scores for the 70. However if Limerick get a good run on Tipperary it ll be very hard for them to come back at Limerick. All set up to be a great game and I think it ll renew the appeal of the Munster Final again
