1994 Leinster Final Ticket Price Vs 2019

Hoganstand Meath with the comparison on Facebook. It was £10 pound to see the final back in 1994. On the day it will be €40 this year. When the province is at an all time low I think next year the GAA need to charge €20 for the final. At least more people will be inclined to watch a fore gone conclusion then.

40 euro is excessive. I live in Belfast and can get down to Dublin handy. If it was priced reasonably I'd nearly come down just to see the Dubs in action. But not paying 40 euro for a foregone conclusion. Best of luck to Meath. Hope they give a good account of themselves.

That's the other thing. If this was priced €20 per adult I honestly think it would seriously bump the crowd. Not only Dubs and Royals but neutrals like yourself.
