Well they get plenty of protection from the referees at club games...some of them get away with stuff your normal club player wouldn't yew_tree (Mayo) - Posts: 11230 - 25/04/2019 18:38:42 2180261 Link 3 |
I know from my playing days that county players get targeted when they go back to club duty. Whammo86 (Antrim) - Posts: 4219 - 25/04/2019 19:58:36 2180271 Link 2 |
Laughable, club players going without games for three to four months of the Summer & he wants special protection from referees, will we have to re write the rule book to have one rule for the club lad & another for the inter county lad so he gets preferable treatment, bizarre. Most of us have seen Inter County lads getting special treatment by refs for years, as dictated by the Inter County manager & County Board. Uimhir.a.3. I'd say he just wants the rules applied. We all know that country lad's can get targeted at club level

Your best player, regardless of whether he's an inter County player or not, will be targeted. MesAmis (Dublin) - Posts: 13707 - 25/04/2019 23:27:00 2180307 Link 2 |
