Replying To Jack_Goff:  "Hurling is growing rapidly in South meath clubs where the population has been growing and this without sugar Daddy GAA backing it up.

The meath county board don't care for hurling. If they along with croke park seriously tried to increase hurling in the bigger clubs across meath who can support both codes it would flourish.

It breaks my heart not seeing it happen because we could honestly have a decent hurling side in 20 years."
The agree Meath has lots more f potential in hurling and dare I say it Westmeaths improvement in the last fifteen years is a motivation. Nevertheless with the attitude of your county football manager towards hurling and his at best disgusting treatment of a journalist there will be many hurdles to cross.
