Tyrone deserves to win a good old tight game. Armagh were far more aggressive in the tackle and I would have thought the free count was in Tyrone favour. I like the look of Armagh and think they will do well in D2.

Super game for the neutral and i think Armagh can take a lot from their performance - they'll certainly be a dark horse in Ulster if they keep that up. Tyrone just shaded it for me. The hand-bags were silly but i thought the ref brandished yellow cards very easily all night.

Good game, Tyrone did well to win with half a team out. Mcgeeney must be wondering what he has to do to beat Tyrone but they did try hard. So fair play to Armagh, a good bunch of triers.

Tyrone don't have a forward line capable of staying at the top for long and imo this shows with Donegal and Monaghan winning as many Ulster titles over the last few years..Granted they got to an All Ireland final last year but the draw opened up and Mayo had a year off. I'm not sure about the future challengers in Ulster but watching I thought Armagh don't have a lot of respect or fear of this Tyrone team and got proper stuck into them. I'd still fancy Donegal or Monaghan to win Ulster this year but that Armagh team looked like potentially a new challenger over the next few years. Tyrone still have that bit of experience over new teams but that changes over time.

sam1884 Tyrone where back to back Ulster Champions in 2016 and 2017 and as you stated yourself we got to the All Ireland Final in 2018. You seem to have a problem with Tyrone, you think Armagh will be challenging for Ulster based on giving a Tyrone team missing 2 All stars in Colm Cavanagh and Padraig Hampsey, We had 2 championship starters playing in defence last night Tiernan McCann and Ronan Mc Namee up front we had Peter Harte Niall Sludden and Cathal McShane no where near our strongest team. Armagh may of had players missing but over the last number of years they have'nt showed that they would have been any better than the players who played for Armagh in the McKenna Cup Final. You state that Tyrone have a bit more experience over new teams maybe you should check the age of the Tyrone players they were'nt more experienced they where just better players. we will see how good this Armagh team are and if they a good enough to get out of divison 2 to play with the big boys.

Well I know why Armagh don't like us.
