... what is the fixing of the Leinster hurling final replay for Thurles about. There was always the possibility of a drawn match. However they made sure that there was no concert arranged for Croker the week-end after the Leinster football final. This is all disguting stuff. It gets even worse eg the losers next week-end will have to play Limerick the following week-end - thats three matches in 14/15days. Suppose it ends up a draw and a replay is required and the Leinster losers win the replay then they will be expected to play 5 matches in four weeks!!! There is relly not a lot between the teams left in contention so its quite possible there will be more draws. Planning how-are-you. Hurling certainly coming after money in the pecking order. The paid hands at Croker want all the power AND all the money.
