Galway Vs Dublin

(Oldest Posts First) - Go To The Latest Post

well done galway a point against Dublin is real progress
great to see them stand up to dublin
on to the league final now
but once again Dublin players pulling down players near end of match
just like the all Ireland final v mayo
all black card offences how are they getting away with it?
we need a brave referee and officals for final

Galway Bay said What?

Yep, more or less said this is why the Dubs are hated, one minute he was loving the argybargy saying it was like the good old days, the next he was saying that we were coached to play cynically and that's what were about, comical stuff. Truth is, we do what we have to do in any given situation, like champions.

Interesting to hear what ciaran whelan will say tonight. His smugness last week when talking about poor Galway. Needs to get a lesson in class from Jim Gavin.

Off topic but big pressure on the Donegal/Mayo game next week, you'd fancy Donegal at home for this one I think.

Like something all right, but champions isn't the noun I'd use.

Phenomenal ending. Galway determined to lose, Dublin cynicism at its finest, but a well deserved point for the draw. Lost a bit of respect for the dubs with that nonsense at the end, but great to see the lads salvage a draw against the AI champions!

Gaillimh go deo!

You would think Galway were saints today, loads of pulling and dragging off the ball and never mentioned by Galway Bay FM!! Dubs will play and win anyway that is required. Will be interesting to see how Galway play when we get them in the wide open spaces of Croker. Methinks they will see a different Dublin. Anyway good to see Galway back as a force in football.

Dublin's Joe strikes again, year again he allowed Dublin to cynical fouling at the end of the game and no punishment, time for the GAA to deduct points for that nonsense

Well when you post stuff people don't agree with you're gonna get the red thumbs! It's kinda how the forum works! Try not to be so sensitive.

You[re right, the "greatest of all time" is more fitting.

His comment would suggest he thinks it's gas and the more red arrows the better

Are you serious? Was Dublin joe reffing it? He was on the sideline for our game with the dubs last week as well.

I heard that he traveled to the mayo game a few weeks ago on the Dublin team coach.

Take the maroon glasses off kid. Plenty of pulling dragging run blocking etc from Galway. They clearly wanted to disrupt Dublin at all costs but it didn't work. Both teams were nighling. It will be intetesting to see what happens in the large open space of Croke Park.

The fact that he notices the 'red thumbs' at all is kinda telling. Who gives a sugar about green and red thumbs anyway?

There's that famous Dublin wit. Love it.

I thought Dublin did really well not to lose today; they'll really grow from this experience. I even wouldn't rule out their chances at a Leinster final. Well done lads!

3 in a row bud. That's why we're champions. We won't be bullied by any bus parking team. See you in Croker. :)
