Meath having won and Down winning does this mean Cork will be relegated?

Well done Laois fair play hung in there in the end, surely a two tier competition is not fair away look what it means to Laois who are not brutal , means the world to them. Ross Munnelly one of the good guys delighted for him he had a stormer.

Brendan Murphy great player but you've a lot of making up to do after today some shocking decisions from you.

No Both Cork and Down finish on 6pts..Down are relegated as Cork beat them on the head to head rule.

good points well made.

Just on Brendan . He has managed to remain on the pitch in hid last 10 games which is a major turnaround.
How he he did not pass to Gannon in front of goal i will never know.

The old Laois heads won it for them and fair play to them .

Some 'hairy' tackling by Armagh. Silly play by Sean Quigley to pick up a black card. Tight game. Armagh have a very big team

Those lower division finals on the Sat rarely get a good crowd. Not sure what the crowds were like for the regular league games in Newry and Drogheda. They are expecting a decent crowd tomorrow. Not so sure although there is a bit of a buzz in Galway with lots of clubs running buses and I see some of the private carriers have some bus slots booked out. Presume Cavan and Ros will bring decent support added to the big Dub contingent. Will possibly get 40k.

Carlow, how much possesion do you need in a game to score. Some shocking options and some terrible free-taking. Need new tactics going forward. Your work-rate is phenominal but score-board does not reflect this at all. Anyway good to see Carlow in Croke Park and best of luck for the rest of the year. Congratulations to Laois

Broderick and B Murphy were very poor. Shocking free missed from the 21mt line. Murphy should have laid a goal on a plate for Gannon. Gannon was superb for Carlow.
