Can't have a team without our best player this year, burke MUST start. Also I'd play forde and James mcenetee. O'Sullivan was a slight let down this year but has the potential to be great, so worth another go. I'd drop Newman and move Reilly into ff, but with the intent of playing further out between 2 man ff line of mckeaver and lenihane/ oreilly and roving half forwards

Fair Points Royaldunne I see Where your coming from But Still Im Not A huge fan of Burke...I Know you admire him and he did play well last year but i still think hes a disaster waiting to happen..Shoot me down if you want but thats what I think Look we all entitled to our opinions, certainly won't shoot you down for yours. I know burke divides people, but I love his attitude, he just keeps on going. For me that makes up for other little quirks. That I know he has.

Theres no getting out of this! Caught out, forgot to log out of your main account before logging into your second one. Arguing with yourself haha, whatever floats your boat I suppose"

Would you lads having a pop off RD cut it out. If you've nothing good to add to the point being discussed; this utter dribble of "oh you forgot to log out and into your other account RD stuff" is just pointless.

RD has been around for years and always debate whats being discussed, has a great depth of knowledge, has view points and will back them up. They're not always the common consensus but he'll fight his point. I don't always agree with RD but i have a lot of respect for a guy like him. He has the counties best interest at heart and wants to see us doing well. I could say the same for Graham, he's well able to put his point forward. And the fact he debates openly with RD should be applauded.

Posters like RD are beginning to drift away and we've seen guys like Ard Ri/ NorthMeathMan and a few others disappear completely. Pretty much a mirror image of our county teams descent from great heights. Great people who want to see us where we should be and will put the work in being replaced by idiots who won't make any kind of suggestion of how to improve anything.

Post on RD, you've got my backing

My response, for some reason the reply button wast up, so I copied and pasted his post with my reply. Left a space but it didn't turn up.

It's bizarre.
The quote function constantly messes up on this message board which is obviously what happened when he was answering your post. I've had more than my fair share of disagreements with RD but this sort of nitpicking of him by other posters is pathetic.

Haha. Better make sure your post is in yellow this time.
I got to say I have read some strange things on these forums over the many years I been on them, but to say you and I are the same person is beyond belief. (No offence).

Thank you. That is exactly what appears to have happened. Look we all disagree at times, I'm a big boy and I can take it, I don't think I have ever gone after anyone personally, I may disagree totally with someone, but I respect their right to differ from me. Open honest and yes sometimes heated debate happens, but I can then agree with the same poster (yourself included) on another topic.
Again thanks for the comment.

Come on man. Admit you made a HUGE error by not reading full thread, no shame in been wrong, unless you don't admit it.

Haha Royaldunne most respected? Cheers but I would not go that far. Speaking of most respected do you remember Patrique from Antrim. He died something like five years ago. He was some poster. You would get on well with him if he was still around. He had not much time for Tyrone haha.

Is it five years since Patrique passed on. Wheres that time gone too. Brilliant poster with a serious dry wit.

Anyways back to the OBC campaign Has anyone heard of other new players in the fold or training right now. Any othe departures other than those already announced and Mickey Newman

Has Newman opted out or was he dropped from panel?
