I've written about it on here before, the role that basketball has played in the emergence of this Dublin team, whether it's dribbling techniqe on the solo, spacing when attacking (5 out, 3 out 2 in) or the probling point guard role. The skills required in both games are very similar and Dublin employ offensive and defensive tactics too. Really good article on it here... http://the42.ie/3600209 Joxer (Dublin) - Posts: 4698 - 17/09/2017 09:09:49 2046586 Link 0 |
basketball helps gaelic football in a lot of aspects - spacing, vision of pass, defensive coordination. Toothless (Dublin) - Posts: 38 - 17/09/2017 10:07:10 2046599 Link 0 |
