Is it important that they are a group from abroad?

Would you be annoyed if they were an Irish group of non members getting charged the same amount as you?

Replying To GaaGaa78:  "Have you complained to HQ?"
I have e-mailed a complaint to Croke Park.

I await with baited breath for a response!!!!!

Doubtful I will hear anything from them given what other posters have said which is disappointing.

Don't care where they are from, all are welcome. So having done trips for four decades, bringing kids on a bus, playing a challenge, in latter years doing the museum tour, eating there & sometimes taking in a game at Croker, a day that costs a club & the kids a lot of money, when we are queueing & I see our group of volunteer adults & kids, all registered members & promoting the ideals of the Gaa paying the same as non members from wherever, of course I am pissed off. I make no apology for that as without the volunteer m'ship there would be no Gaa, so offering a little perk like a discounted entry into the museum would be appreciated it, it's not the cost, it's the optics of it. The museum & skywalk are massive tourist attractions now turning over major revenue for the Gaa so it's not as if it is going to impinge on them financially. It's the gesture of it, showing that members at grassroots are valued not just a paying customer from whatever part of the world. I am old enough & a long time in Gaa to realise that change & progressive thinking are slow to come around so I don't worry greatly about it anymore, but it's no harm to highlight things to try & shake them out of the slumber especially in today's age where revenue raising supersedes the average member & players.

It's most disappointing that Croke Park do not respond to members concerns re opening Croker a little earlier.... Consumers, members, whatever we call ourselvesshould be a priority and our concerns need to be answered.. Sometimes The GAA would infuriate a saint!

That is no surprise, I wonder if the video the young guy took on the day outside the Hogan when there was a massive surge out of the downpour was put up on YouTube or sent to the Health & Safety Authority would they react to it. Patrons & members are only seen as commodities these days in Croke Park.
