The Dubs Propaganda Machine

(Oldest Posts First) - Go To The Latest Post

The Dubs propaganda machine has kicked into gear proper this week with diamonds from manager Jim Gavin blaming cold play for Dean Rocks black card.

Also Charlie Redmonds attack on Jim McGuinness for calling Jim Gavin out on the Diarmuid Connolly fiasco.

And then last night I read Alan Brogan going to town on Nial Morgan for goading a player when the Dubs team under Pillar took that art to new heights them selves in the naughties.

Who's next on the Dubs propaganda hit list? Let's watch this space.

How could he blame Coldplay for a black card. I'd understand if it was yellow.

Haha, A.K.A "don't look here we're still playing Donaghey up front".

It's July mate, Yee get a longer (some would say unfair) stretch compared to tougher provinces, just enjoy the break lash on a DVD of the golden years and wait for the bigger football provinces to get their business done.

Whats wrong the Kerry boys unhappy they are loosing their monopoly on Gaelic football pundits and analysts.
I notice spillane must have left his rule book at home on Sunday night as he chose not to comment on the Morgan verbal abuse black card offence.

I have to say I was in stitches when I heard the Coldplay thing. It's all fairly harmless really, I don't think anybody takes much notice.

The pundits in question have just released a statement:

"We did a quick Internet search and didn't know the product was contaminated"

Sound defence right there.

Dublin manager makes legitimate complaint about the poor playing surface after a large segment of pitch is relaid before a Leinster senior final. Players can't hold their feet whatsoever any time they turn

Ex Dublin player responds to Ex Donegal players ridiculous article in a silly manner

Ex Dublin player highlights Tyrone keeper blatantly goading a Down player for missing a goal chance instead of taking a quick kick out

Do you know what propaganda means by any chance?

No need to get your coat just yet pal, I enjoyed that one! Veering slightly off topic a few years ago Gillingham played away at Oxford (who wear yellow) and they came out to that tune. I'd struggle to think of a more demotivating alternative!

KingdomBoy you're some boyo. Put up a post like that and then head off for a pint or two and wait for the s*** to hit the fan. I must say these ex Dub players are doing alright for themselves, Alan, Senan, Ciarán with the odd input from Paul the half back and now Charlie. While I'm on the subject of ex players, tell them O Shea lads to lay off them Cork lads in case they annoy them too much. I don't much like the idea of a pumped up Cork in Limerick!
