(Next time try and squeeze in a few 'bigly's' or "sad's" for added emphasis. For example:
"Galway will beat Donegal. Bigly. Galway will score goals; huge Goals. The best goals, believe me. It's going to be beautiful. Donegal to go home beaten. Sad. MGGA#")"
well Galway did beat Donegal, and they did score Goals!!!! LOL

Kerry are a class act. But so are Galway. Galway can hassle Kerry and keep them pinned in their own half. Come on Galway- you have nothing, absolutely nothing to lose. Gaillimh abú

People seem to be forgetting that Jimmy McGuinness's Donegal took a similar hammering from Mayo in 2013.
I don't think Gallagher is to blame. Huge turnover of players over past couple of years and the players that are there now (new and old) appear to have little motivation to win.

Care to enlighten us on that or is it Top Secret !
I'm curious.

Fantastic win for Galway. A chance now to make ammends for the manner of the loss to Tipperary last year. Well done. What now for Donegal?

Great win for Galway and the best of luck against Kerry, the only headline I want to see in Donegal tomorrow is' Rory Gallagher Resigns' Cork get beat by a point after extra time and the manager resigns, cmon Rory I know it's not in your nature but do the decent thing and go now for Gods sake.

Was sure Galway would win as Donegal looked to be in freefall but they will be back with youth they gave the game some fine players these last few years. Galway are a far better team than they showed in Connacht final.

Firstly, huge congratulations to Galway on their win. When the Tribesmen get into their groove they are a swash buckling team that are extremely hard to live with. I must confess I didn't envisage that performance after their poor display against Roscommon so all I can say is tip of the cap. Well done men!

For ourselves it was a chastening experience, We never seem to manage noble defeat. It's all or nothing it seems. We either win or else we get trounced. No doubt a lot of questions will be asked. But to all the keyboard warriors out there who'll be itching to vent their fury I say remember this. These lads sacrifice an awful lot to represent their county. They're all proud Donegal men as much as we are. They've given us many, many brilliant memories to cherish. Hopefully there will be more to come. A few might step away now after tonight. Chin up lads, you can walk tall in Donegal for the rest of your days.

Not sure to be honest because we also put up good performances against Derry and Down in the final whereas this Donegal team see to have gotten poorer as the year has progressed. They look leaderless and without and ideas or will to win. It's very unlike them. Something is not right in that team right now.

Their body language was poor today alright. I agree, Tyrone are improving and should do well in Croker.

That was the year that JMcG went to Celtic first and he left Rory in charge of training. At the end of 2013 Jim sacked him took over training again and we nearly won the All-Ireland in 2014.. no coincidence

I feel most Donegal posters on this site are fair and respectful so hopefully not too many people are disrespectful.

A hearty congrats to Galway - a fine win and it was a deserved massacre . Super display .

Don't know where to start with Donegal .

We have simply slipped so far down the pecking order - no longer a top 5-6 side. I would suggest a division 2 side .

We lost McGee , McFadden , Toye , Neil Gallagher , Odhran , Leo McAloon , Thompson, Walsh in the past 18 months .

Those lads were sublime and came very close to winning 2 All-Irelands in 4 years .

We have so many young players so that may take 3-4 years.

Rory has no game plan either. It's a running game with no variety .

Tough times are ahead . Decent underage sides but guarantees nothing .

Players are just not dying for Rory like that did for Jim.

Best of luck to Galway .

No, Tyrone have been consistently good in this year's championship with a good scoring average, I think they are team everyone will want to avoid from now on, they should be meeting Dublin in the semis and that will be a cracker

Great win for Galway although it did show how they just completely failed to turn up for the Connacht final. Which is very annoying. I don't give them a great chance against Kerry but if they could keep it tight for the first 20 minutes they could make it interesting.

In galway, we've had a philosophical crisis the last two weeks, which was reflected by moving Flynn to no10 to midfield where he should play or not at all. Also, play football the galway way, which they did. First a bit of realism. WTF did donegal not put Murphy in at 14 on top of kyne and launch high ball in. Crazy they didn't as mcbreaty roasted anyone who was on him. I guarantee that's what the kingdom will do. Let's face it, lady luck was taking the proverbials in the luck she gave us and vice versa to donegal. Having said that, we'll approach the kingdom with confidence. Play galway football, go after the kingdom and see where we get to
