Kevin Dyas has been ruled out of Armagh's All-Ireland Round 2B football qualifier against Galway next Saturday after undergoing knee surgery.

The injury confined the former Aussie Rules recruit to a sub role in the heavy Ulster SFC quarter-final defeat by Donegal, and he didn't feature at all in last weekend's first round qualifier against Wicklow.

On the plus side, midfielder Aaron Findon has regained full fitness while Niall Geoghegan's return from a neck injury boosts manager Kieran McGeeney's goalkeeping options.
