The Nire defender Justin Walsh feels that they have unfinished business in the Munster club SFC.

On Sunday, the Waterford champions take on Austin Stacks in the provincial decider and for Walsh it brings back memories of their 2006 fin defeat to another Kerry side, Dr Crokes.

That defeat still hurts Walsh as the 33-year-old feels it was a game that they should have won and he stressed to the Waterford News & Star that they were keen to make amends this time around.

"We should have beaten Crokes," states Walsh. "We kind of left it behind us through a bit of bad luck and just things didn't go our way. We had some much dominance in that game.

This year, beating Stradbally again was the catalyst. We went on a run and confidence has been building. They say you have to lose one, to win one. Maybe that could be true for this year, Hopefully, it is."
