Wexford have a number of injury concerns ahead of their All-Ireland SFC qualifier against Fermanagh with star forward Ciaran Lyng definitely out of contention.

Lyng has been hampered by a recurring hip problem for some time now and he will not be available for Saturday's clash at Innovate Wexford Park (5pm).

The talented forward joins Michael Furlong, Jim Rossiter, Michael O'Regan and Tiarnan Rossiter on the treatment table and all are out of the Fermanagh clash.

However, Brian Malone and Naomhan Rossiter are available for selection and Wexford manager David Power is confident that his charges can pull off the win.

"The bottom line is, we created sufficient chances against Kildare to win. Had we taken our chances there would have been only one result," Power told the Wexford People.

"Our conversion rate will have to improve, of that there is no doubt. While our discipline has been good all year, this will have to continue especially against a Fermanagh side who will adopt a similar defensive style as Kildare."
