Fermanagh forward Sean Quigley is in a race against time to be fit for the National League Division Three final against Armagh.
The sides will meet in the decider at Croke Park on Saturday week and Quigley has until then to overcome a head injury suffered in a club game last weekend.
The Fermanagh management released a statement on Quigley's welfare through the Fermanagh Herald this week.
It reads: "We are aware of Sean Quigley. He is been looked after by our experienced medical team and we shall monitor the situation as we do per all our players."
Quigley was outstanding throughout the league campaign as he helped guide Fermanagh to Division Two next year and if he were to fail to recover for the final, his absence would be sorely missed.
