The latest Fermanagh county board meeting was dominated by the talk of un-played fixtures.
Of the four games scheduled in Division Two last week, only two were played and this has been a common occurrence throughout the divisions this year.
County chairman Patsy Dolan stressed that there needed to be a discussion over how to address this problem, which is a growing concern.
One delegate suggested that any club that fails to field should be financially penalised in order to put a deterrent in place.
