Fermanagh sprung a surprise at Brewster Park tonight by beating Donegal to advance to an Ulster U20FC semi-final date with holders Derry.

Two points deep into injury-time from substitute Fergal McGovern gave the Erne County a memorable two-point victory over their neighbours.

The winners led by 0-7 to 0-6 at the break thanks to Darragh McGurn's late free and stayed in front until the 70th minute when Paddy Dolan sent over an equalising point for Donegal to make it 0-12 apiece.

Moments later, Dolan was sent off on a second yellow card in what proved to be a major blow for Gary McDaid's charges with five minutes of stoppage time to come.

But then up stepped McGovern with a free to regain the lead for Fermanagh and the Derrylin man stroked over the insurance score a minute later to send Ollie Fay's side into the last four.
